Renter and all drivers must be 21 or older. A valid license is required, plus proof of at least liability insurance, and a valid MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card with available funds. The renter must hold the drivers license and credit card in the same name. We do not accept cash deposits, but cash may be used to pay for the rental charges. A major credit card is required up front.
Additional drivers named on the contract are an additional $10 per day each. Anyone who plans to drive our vehicles must be added to the rental contract.
Non Refundable Deposit Policy
Please call us at 1-877-RENT-15P before making a deposit to ascertain exactly what dates are available for the vehicle of your choice.
It is never too early to reserve our passenger vans. Your non-refundable deposit will guarantee your van. Why is your deposit non-refundable? Unlike all the other rental agencies, we do not take credit card information over the phone. Beware of reserving a van this way. A credit card number given over the phone gives no assurance to the rental agency that in fact the card holder is positively reserving the van, as there is no paper trail. So agencies who book over the phone will overbook, knowing there will be many no-shows. There is no recourse for the rental agency, as nothing is written down. When you book on-line with us, or come into our office, we have a paper trail and positive identification which is supported by the credit card companies that in fact a reservation was made. Therefore, there is no need for us to overbook in the expectation there will be no-shows. We do not over-book! You will get the van you reserved. At Maverick Van Rentals, you will not be given a last-minute excuse that your reserved van was "in an accident last night," or that the prior renter is late returning.
